Via Mozzavinci 16/17 62100 Macerata MC, ITALY

Go out highway A14 at the exit PORTO RECANATI - LORETO. Enter SS16 in the sense of south direction (towards Pescara) and turn right when you see the sign “Macerata”. Go ahead, always fallowing direction Macerata, till you enter VILLA POTENZA. At the begin of the village, you can see at your right a little white round chapel and the sign “Le Case”: turn right entering “via dell’Acquedotto”. Go on this road that after 1 Km makes you drive in a countryside road. After 5 Km you’’ll see our Country House on your right.

Go out highway A14 at the exit CIVITANOVA MARCHE and enter the freeway to Macerata. Go out at the exit Macerata sud-Corridonia. Fallow the signs to “Macerata centre” till you reach the ring road around the ancient city walls : here you have to stop fallowing the direction to the midtown and drive the right lane following direction Ancona. So you'll reach VILLA POTENZA, enter the village, turning left at the first entrance of the round about. Go straight till you reach a little white round chapel in front of you (you can see sign “Le Case” on your left). Turn left, here, entering “via dell’Acquedotto”. Go on this road that after 1 Km makes you drive in a countryside road. After 5 Km you’’ll see our Country House on your right .

Continue along SP33 and then turn left SP34. Turn right A14/E55 heading towards Pescara. Take the exit towards Civitanova Marche – Macerata and head towards Macerata – Tolentino – Camerino – Foligno.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and continue along Via Einaudi. Turn right SS77 towards Tolentino – Macerata and then after almost 26 km take the exit towards Macerata Ovest – Sforzacosta.
Continue along Abbadia di Fiastra towards Macerata and then turn left SP78. Pass Sforzacosta and continue along Via Lino Liviabella. Turn right SP77 / Borgo Sforzacosta, turn left Contrada Boschetto and continue along for 4.5 km.
Turn right Via Galileo Galilei for 0.1 km and turn right Contrada Mozzavinci for 0.4 km. Turn left SP108 and after a series of bends turn right Contrada Rotacupa for 0.5 km. Turn right Contrada Mozzavinci.

Take A1 heading North until the exit towards ORTE and then follow signs for Perugia, Terni, Spoleto. Take SS675 and then take Strada Flaminia heading towards Spoleto. Continue following directions for Foligno and then the exit towards SS77 Val di Chienti – Foligno Est – Macerata. Take SS77 until the exit toward Tolentino Est. Then follow directions for Tolentino – Treia. Take SP77 until you will find the indication for Treia. Pass Passo di Treia and then continue along SP109/SP53 heading to Macerata. Follow the indications heading towards Country House Le Case.
