Given our dedication to the art of cooking, everyday we chose the products and the ingredients of best quality. Our keen interest in finding genuine products, strictly based on the tradition, and in combining them with the style of the modern cuisine is the result of our passion for everything the earth can offer and the expression of our awareness of how much is important to eat and live well.
What we offer is mostly based on the best local produce and on ingredients organically grown in our farm in compliance with the required biological certificates.
Further, at our farm, you can see cows, pigs, wild boars, chickens, gooses, ducks, donkeys, goats, guinea-fowls, quails and rabbits, which we use to produce the meat for our tasty and healthy meals. Indeed, we make the bread by using home made bio flour and yeast and the vegetables and the herbs you find in our dishes are always fresh and picked up just before the preparation of our meals. Delicious are also our jams, created and prepared by Elvia.

Since many years, Elvia is passionate about seeking the local, free variety of herbs that spontaneously grow in the territory of Le Marche, and that were an essential part of the farmers’ rural diet.
Thanks to her great dedication, we have therefore become able to prepare fresh food in a way that offers you unique possibilities to discover the culinary treasure of Le Marche and the magic world of herbs.
Besides helping adding or preserving flavour to food, including jams, syrups or liquors, many are indeed the benefits that the herbs are able to provide on their own. They have a variety of nutritional advantages since they can be safely used to regulate body functions and balance or even be used as remedies in alternative medicine practices.
Finally, herbs have a great impact on the quality of life, because of their influence on our relationship with the planet and other human beings. Indeed, the herbs support the environmental sustainability since they grow without the addition of fertilizing additives and they favour the discovering of the tradition and of the bio-rhythm.
