Our day starts early!
The animals, the vegetable garden, the olive grove… Life on our organic farm is punctuated by the rhythms of nature and inspired by the values of the past, the ones we grew up with.
“Come una volta” (As in the past), reads the sign in our shop, because we work the land as in times past to get genuine products, with flavours from when we were children. Those same flavours are found in the restaurant and Enoteca dishes.
A work ethic that has helped us to obtain the Certification of Organic Agriculture and recognition from the Soil and Health Association, of More Tourism, WWF Nature and Friend of the Countryside.
This is our workshop of wonders where you find objects of old that we save from oblivion, good things to eat that we prepare as they once were, and products from our organic farm:

many original flavors, combined with creativity: blackthorn and red onion, rosehips, red juniper and hawthorn, elder, pears and quince, medlar, mulberry, rose apple and chicory roots, peaches and ginger; and then rosehip and onion mustard sauce.
